Orient Handcraft House specializes in handcrafted calabash art pieces. Due to the unique nature of our handmade products:

1. **Non-returnable & Non-refundable**：All calabash art items are final sale if there is no quality defect (e.g., breakage, severe craftsmanship flaws). Please purchase carefully.
2. **Quality Defect Claims**：If you receive a defective item, contact us via email (leihangmaoyi@outlook.com) within **7 days** of receipt with photos of the defect. We will offer a replacement or full refund after verification.
